HOT Provider Course
The result: millions of patients dismissed with “your labs are normal” while their quality of life deteriorates.
This course exists to close that gap.
Created by Dr. Amy B. Killen, MD — board-certified physician, hormone optimization specialist, and creator of the HOT framework — this is a comprehensive, clinician-built course that gives you everything you need to confidently prescribe and manage hormone therapy for both women and men.
You know your patients need more than what a ten-minute appointment and an outdated textbook can offer. You just need a clear, practical roadmap to get there.
This is that roadmap.

Whether you’re brand new to hormone therapy or have been prescribing for years, the course is structured to meet you where you are.
Created by a board-certified physician who prescribes hormone therapy every day — not by someone who just studied it in a lab.
Learn the BEAST MODE mnemonic and HOT KISS approach — practical clinical tools designed to simplify complex prescribing decisions.
Most hormone courses focus on one or the other. This course covers the full spectrum — women’s HRT, men’s TRT, thyroid, and beyond.
Real prescriptions, pharmacy logistics, side effect management, and a 300-page guidebook you’ll actually use in practice.
Dr. Killen’s HRT course is next level — sharp, up to date, and full of pearls you can actually use. Even with 20+ years as an OB/GYN and MFM, I walked away with new insights and a sharper clinical approach.

I’m about halfway through your course and the PDFs, and it’s an amazing resource. I’ve taken over 5 MHT courses, and yours is the most clinically helpful. I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues.

I have spent the last two years taking every class I could find on menopause, received 4 certifications and spent over $50,000 on my education. Dr Amy Killen has created my all-time favorite course. Her insights into the nuances of care are exceptional — I highly recommend it to any clinician serious about making a difference with women.

Medical training has a hormone-shaped hole in it. Residency programs spend almost no time on menopause, andropause, or practical hormone prescribing. The result is a generation of providers who want to help their patients but don’t have the tools to do it safely and effectively.
Meanwhile, patients are suffering. Women in perimenopause and menopause are told their symptoms are “just stress” or “part of aging.” Men with declining testosterone are handed an antidepressant. The demand for competent hormone therapy providers has never been higher — and the supply has never been lower.
This course was built to change that.
This course is designed for physicians (MD/DO), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and any licensed prescriber who wants to learn how to confidently prescribe and manage hormone therapy. It’s equally valuable whether you’re brand new to hormones or looking to refine an existing practice.
No. The course starts with foundational concepts and builds progressively through advanced prescribing. If you already have experience, the clinical frameworks (BEAST MODE, HOT KISS, SMARDT) and the prescribing chapters will give you new tools and approaches to integrate into your practice.
The course is self-paced with on-demand video lessons, so you can work through it on your own schedule. Most providers complete it in 2–4 weeks, depending on how much time they dedicate each week. You have lifetime access, so there’s no rush.
You get 20+ chapters of on-demand video lessons covering women’s HRT, men’s TRT, thyroid optimization, and advanced topics. The course also includes the 300+ page HOT Provider’s Guidebook (PDF) — required course material and the written companion to the video curriculum — plus dosing cheat sheets for daily practice use.
CME accreditation is pending. This activity is in the joint-accreditation process with Pinnacle Conference, LLC. Pending approval by the accrediting body, it is expected to be accredited for 15 CE hours — AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™, ACPE CPE, ANCC NCPD (CNE), and AAPA Category 1. CME credit will require completing the video lessons and the required guidebook, followed by the accredited evaluation.
In the meantime, many providers already use the course as part of their continuing education in hormone therapy and longevity medicine. The depth and clinical rigor of the content exceeds what most CME-accredited courses offer in this space.
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Pinnacle Conference, LLC and Dr. Amy Killen, MD. Pinnacle Conference, LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. Pending approval by the accrediting body.
Most hormone courses are either too theoretical (lots of biochemistry, little practical guidance) or too narrow (only women’s health, or only men’s). This course covers the full spectrum — women’s HRT, men’s TRT, and thyroid — with proprietary frameworks like BEAST MODE, HOT KISS, and SMARDT that you won’t find anywhere else.
I’ve been prescribing bioidentical hormones in clinical practice for 13 years. This course doesn’t just review guidelines — it goes beyond them. While everything is rooted in the best that evidence-based medicine has to offer (I’m an MD with allopathic training and board certifications in emergency and anti-aging medicine), I also bring extensive training and clinical experience in integrative and longevity medicine. It’s really the best of all worlds — and it comes with a 300-page reference guidebook you’ll actually use in practice.
If you’re a provider who wants to offer your patients real hormone optimization — not just checking a box — this course gives you the knowledge, frameworks, and confidence to do it right.
