Most OB/GYN programs offer less than two hours of menopause training, so the right provider is rarely the one you already have. Here is where I would look today, and a way to get your own doctor trained if you would rather not switch.
There is no searchable directory here yet, and I am not promising one soon. These are the places I send my own patients.

Two clinics I am part of, and two directories of clinicians trained in body-identical hormone optimization.
Longevity clinics I co-founded and serve as Chief Medical Officer. Hormones and whole-body health optimization, with the protocols I wrote. Austin, Palm Beach Gardens, Dallas, and growing.

Before the first visit, ask: Do you prescribe body-identical hormones? Are you comfortable prescribing in perimenopause, not just menopause? Do you monitor serum levels and adjust? Are you open to testosterone for women? The full list of questions is in my Midlife Hormone Field Guide, free with the book.
I will invite her to the HOT Provider Course personally, and tell you when she is in. Your name is never shared with her.
I will reach out to her this week and let you know when she is in.
Fewer than 7% of physicians feel prepared to manage menopausal women.
The HOT Provider Course is 23 on-demand modules, a 300-page clinical guidebook, and 15 CME credits included, taught the way I wish someone had taught me. Physicians, NPs, PAs, and pharmacists each earn the credit their license requires.
Graduates get the “HOT-trained” badge for their own site. Train now and your patients can find you on your terms.
Not yet, and it is on the back burner for now. A directory of a dozen names is not useful, and the big certifying organizations do not let me republish theirs. Until that changes, the two clinics and two directories above are the honest answer.
I see patients for regenerative procedures at Docere Clinics in Park City, and my hormone protocols run through Humanaut Health and Biorestoration Medical, where I train the practitioners. Start there.
No. She gets a personal invitation from me to the course. Your name and details stay with me.
Your symptoms by stage, the lab panel you want drawn, and the questions on the last page of my Midlife Hormone Field Guide. It is free with a pre-order of the book, and the labs guide is free on the resources page.
